What the software handles

Device-aware scheduling

A session cannot be booked when the device is in another room, out for service or already committed. Buffers for cool-down and turnaround are part of the appointment type.

Where your protocol requires a patch test or a minimum interval between sessions, the booking rules enforce it and the record shows when and by whom it was completed.

Parameter history

Settings used per area are stored with the session so subsequent visits are informed by what happened previously. Appropriate parameters are a clinical decision for your practitioners.
